Workshop & Class Enrollment Cancellations
When you need to cancel your enrollment in a class or workshop, do it as soon as you can. We make substantial logistical arrangements many months in advance based on your commitment to attend.
Cancellations for Guest Instructed classes or Field workshops
• Within forty-five days of the workshop/class start date, we’ll issue you a full refund.
• Within forty-four to thirty days of the start date, we’ll refund your deposit less 50% of the workshop/class fee.
• Within twenty-nine days or less of the start date, we will be unable to give any refunds.
• F-11 is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies.
Cancellations for in house classes
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to date of the class.
50% refund for cancellations up to 7 days prior to the date of the class.
50% credit towards another class for cancellations after 7 days prior to date of class.
If F-11 cancels a workshop
Should we cancel a workshop due to minimum enrollment not being met, the payments you have made to F-11 will be refunded in full. You may transfer payments to another workshop if you wish. F-11 is not responsible for refunds of travel or lodging expenses should a workshop be cancelled. F-11 will give a minimum of 30 days notice if a workshop is being cancelled. |
